Ken provides counsel for individuals and businesses in the areas of construction law, contracts, real estate and all other general business matters including litigation and alternative dispute resolution claims and defenses.
Ken previously served for 5 years as Counsel for a large, national construction company where he was responsible for drafting and negotiating construction contracts as well as managing all other contract, litigation and general business matters. Prior to that, Ken practiced at a mid-sized New Jersey law firm for 10 years where he handled various legal issues including construction, contract and litigation matters.
Ken also previously served 4 years as Planning Board Attorney for the Town of Westfield.
Ken is admitted to practice in State Courts of New Jersey and New York and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.

Jim provides litigation counsel for individuals, businesses and insurance companies prosecuting and defending against automobile, personal injury, homeowners, construction defect, trucking, transportation, professional liability, sexual assault and insurance coverage claims. For over 20 years, litigating and resolving disputes has served as the foundation of Jim's practice.
Jim also served 8 years as Planning Board Attorney for a growing municipality in New Jersey and he currently serves as the Linden Township Library Board Attorney.
Finally, he has served as Chief Counsel for a global shipping and logistics company, where he was responsible for all litigation, employment, contract and corporate matters.
Jim is admitted to practice in State Courts of New Jersey and New York and the U.S District Court, District of New Jersey.
